New Originals

Do you see one of my paintings you'd like to have? I can recreate any of my original painting compositions as a new original painting just for you! I am often asked to recreate my own painting compositions by patrons if the painting is sold or the patron wants a different size. No two paintings are ever exactly alike, but I use the same color palette and can come pretty close. Once you choose a composition, please refer to my standard price list, for the size of your choice.

Commissions from Photos

Have a favorite landscape photo? Let me paint it for you! I will email you photos of your painting in progress. I can work from several photos and bring your favorite things about each photo into one beautiful painting! Below are examples of commissioned works I have done for other patrons.

Important: you must also either attach digital photos of the subject you wish to have painted to your email, or contact Patty to send copies of your printed photos.

This patron had just purchased a piece of property in the American Basin
in southern Colorado. He wanted to enjoy the view from his property in his Texas office.
Patty worked from his beautiful photo (click thumbnail at right).
He asked her to make the creek more visible and add a carpet of wildflowers.

This patron wanted a large painting to hang above her huge fireplace. She provided Patty with several photos she took of Longs Peak right from her neighborhood. She asked to have her children and their dog on the path, to add wildflowers along the trail, put cows in the pasture, and to make the water more of a light turquoise color, which is how it appears in real life.
